Well!!!!! did not expect to be woken by an earthquake at 1am on Tuesday night we are about 100 miles from the epicentre but it was still quite noticeable as we are not used to feeling this in Britain. We had no damage but some did and quite severe. So after this upset back to managing my eating which is going quite well this week. No convenience foods, all home made so I can make sure it is all healthy. Hope everyone is well and on track, have a good day.
