A grateful heart is the beginning of greatness. Gratitude builds humility as we recognize an act of kindness, service, or caring from someone else. True gratitude is a foundation for faith, courage, contentment, happiness, love, and well-being. Being grateful leads us to look outside ourselves and turn to the bestower of the blessings.
And the daily gratitude list for my current challenge:
-My Buddies on FS who encourage me daily -My resolve to "butt-kick" myself to a smaller size -The love and support of my Dear Husband (aka DH) -My work - which has meaning and worth to other human beings -My wonderful companion animals, Bengal Cats, who are my children -My connection to the Mother Earth and all its splendor -My physical health
