Day 5 of a planned 5 day fast
I'm done losing weight. Today I hit my 'normal BMI' (24.8 BMI - 163lbs at 5' 8"). I only wanted to do this once in my life. I did it, now, I'm done :)
I still have a 'belly' (I am holding it in for the picture), but, when I look in the mirror I feel like 'skin and bones' on every other part of my body.
Now is the time for weight lifting and putting on muscle!
I have tried everything to lose weight over the years, and fasting is what finally worked for me. I am REALLY BAD at fasting. I have only ever done a 'pure water-only fast' one day. 01/07/2018 - 214 lbs. - Started the most recent diet
03/25/2018 - 210 lbs. - Started my first 'liquid only' fast
08/03/2018 - 163 lbs. - Normal BMI weight
