Have just spent the past 3 days in hospital undergoing surgery. Difficult to follow Banting Diet while in hospital. Heads down now in order to reach my goal weight!

Lost so far: 26.7 lb.
Still to go: 15.9 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
