Your body is trainable.

No gym today. Had a work hang out at a bar... not usually my thing but I wanted to just relax. I had a serving of French fries and about 8 oz. of beer (estimated both of those). I enjoyed myself. Kinda missed working out but I will do some cardio this weekend for sure. One love!
