yesterday - barbeque ribs 2 bones, 2 slices beef brisket , tried all the sauces , just a little, slaw vinegar based with a little mayonaise and hot spice, salad bob evans for dinner and 1 full pork steak (barbecued ) Ice cream cone for desert -
Did a lot of warehouse work yesterday, people on vacation, plenty of exercise -
