At the end of the third week of the uber clean diet I have lost a total of 6.4lbs. The past four weeks of sheiko training has amounted to 9.5 lbs. Feels good, now its time to add some consistent cardio to the mix.
222.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
