Busy day at work. No nibbles at work but struggle when get home. Did have 1 chocolate from a box i was given at the weekend. Have managed to restrict myself to one a day, tho that should probably be nil per day.
Success journal - managed to drink a whole litre of water plus 1 cup of peppermint tea. will have an additional glass of water before i go to bed.
