Woke 219.2, down 8.8 from yesterday. Day two of a 36-hour fast. Feeling great so far. Denise and Jason got pizza last night but I drank a little bit of Diet Coke and I didn’t feel left out! Flushing coffee and water with a few Lasix pills (with which I went without during vacation so that I could drive distances!) UPDATE: Got a little nauseated and sweaty at my standing desk at 4:30, so I grabbed a big glass of water and sat down to work. Just working through the toxins during autophagy, I guess. UPDATE: Survived the evening OK after that and got a 216.8 weigh in at about 9 pm. Hoping for a bit more in the morning. Pretty happy with the results thus far; I would have been satisfied with getting back into the 'teens by Sunday night, so I am past that already.
