ladies and gentleman i have hit a plateau - any suggestions on how to get past it?

Cara, I've had a quick "butcher's" at your diet calendar and I think you've lost your way with the diet since 23 April or thereabouts. I see Kellogs & other non-Atkins cereal bars, balsamic (balsamic is made from fruit juice which is reduced and isn't truly vinegar), cheesecake, fruit, beers, bagel, wine. I've reread my "allowed" list for Atkins Induction and none of these are on it. Having said that, you've continued to lose weight - down to 158 since 3 May - so someone is smiling on you! I think if you cut the above out, you might see a more satisfying loss. Good luck. Christine
