I feel like all of my journal entries are the same....but I havent been to the gym in a week but I just got back from lacrosse practice which is cardio intensive.

I notice such a difference in my body when I dont go to the gym and I am noticing it now!

So I ate really well today and the gym is all mine tomorrow!

Hopefully my next journal entry wont be so predictable.
