Dragon Goddess's Journal, 26 July 2018

I did really well again today. I think I'm starting to understand better what it is I need to do to be healthy. Instead of 2 loads of laundry I ended up with 4 so A little extra up and down the hill to hang them out. I am also feeling A bit better today then I was last night. Now it's just time to relax for A bit and then get some sleep have to go grocery shopping in the morning.
