We're going out to dinner tonight. 2nd time this week people taking us out for bday celebrations so not expecting to lose much on Monday's weigh-in​ but will be able to get back on track next week. Getting a little easier to have some stability/consistency as I build muscle strength back :-)
186.6 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
