Thankyou all. I love cooking and make everything from scratch using fresh healthy ingredients ... in this case king prawns, chorizo, a very low carb spicy Thai sauce and some chopped up veggies.

What sauce did you use please?

Hi James. I would usually make my own sauces but I was in a rush so I used a Sainsbury's Nu Chilli & Thai Basil stir fry sauce. It costs 49p! Per serving (half a sachet 60g) it has 44 cal, 0.5g fat and 9g of carbs, 7 of which is sugars.

Thanks James. It's quite easy to make .. I get the raw frozen king prawns from aldi and the cooking chorizo sausages from Morrison's (but any will do). I fry those in ev olive oil in my wok and then chuck in chopped up mushrooms, park choir, baby corn, mange tout, asparagus, red pepper & a red chilli. Then I fry the whole lot for a few minutes before add-ons the sauce and heating through. They also do a Firecracker sauce in the same range if you like it hot!
