Not my usual weigh day but want to track. I normally lose when my period is over but I didn't this past Monday. I was still retaining. I upped my water drinking and I feel like I'm finally flushing out.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
