well i've been slacking for the last week or so but yesterday went down well so i need to keep it up! avoiding food today shouldnt be too difficult; i'm at work all day then youth club then i have to walk home which takes just under an hour (well i dont HAVE to walk but the bus isnt for like 40 mins when i leave)and on the way back is my gym/pool so i'll nip in for a swim. so by the time i get home it'll be half 9 so i'll just ave time to jump in the shower then i'll be off to bed. so providing i can resist the temptations of the food shops whilst i'm waiting for busses/walking round (which i can because i can just play a game on my ipod until my cravings go) then i should be ok.

We'll see how it goes
