Terrible migraine today equals terrible eating. Had no energy and decided to eat heartier meals. Not sure this was a good decision though but it's already done. Tomorrow's a new day and I will aim for better. I won't make the same mistake to even go on a scale... I have a weird attitude towards the scale, almost like a mini panic attack once I go on it... that's ridiculous Tanya.... is it though? No scales it is :-)

I’m like you, my friend. My mother had an eating disorder when I was very young and my sister was obsessed with numbers when she very first started to lose weight. My sister is much better now and my mother got over what she went through but I have a lot of trouble with scales because of it. I want to like mirror me not number me

Isn't it hard though? I'm glad your family members are over it. I'm struggling through it and I am determined to not let those fears win. I have been though much to let a stupid scale get me. I will go through my hits and misses... I will cry and laugh over them but I WILL GET THROUGH... as long as I am on a journey, then I am progressing. Gosh that felt good to write this... I have a huge smile on my face now because it's coming from me, so it means I've thought it.... I am believing it.... I am becoming it. God is good!
