I'm stoked. I get to ramp up my exercise routine for this week to 65% previous max. I'm 3 lbs withing goal and going for it. Hey, I know that the weight is just a number, but I'm OCD and need tangible things to chase. Body fat is near 12%, and if I don't make 10% BF this year I doubt that I ever will.
