Yay because it was an interim goal to lose 2 1/2 stone before going on hols. I’m going today so it’s not a moment too soon. Now for the challenge of 3 weeks hols and road trip through France and Spain. Just try to make healthy choices I guess.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
