Well I finally exercised. It took putting on my new running shoes to motivate me. It is amazing what a girl will do to wear new shoes. The power of the shoe....

Haha, I'm glad that worked for you. Anything that makes me change out of my sandals is such a barrier for me! One reason I like bellydancing as exercise is going barefoot.
