I don't remember when the increase in weight first begun. My then GF moved in with me 10/2002. And by that time I was no longer working out. I do know by Feb. 2005 I had begun to increase in weight, and I am quite sure I was over 200 if not over 210 by this time. Late fall 2004 leading up to Feb. 2005 started off with heavy holiday food, followed by my Wedding followed by my honeymoon. By the time we returned from our Honeymoon, I'm sure I was over 210. Then on March 25, 2005 I quit smoking. This of course led to my weight.

Well for the first time in HOW long? I am Two O Something. 208.2 to be exact. Next big milestone will be 205, my half way point. It has been a journey thus far, since I am gaining muscle mass at the same time.
