Really watching what I put into my mouth. Really want to get down to the low 150's by this weekend. Started running again. Hopeing that will help. Weather is supposed to be getting a little nicer. Going to try and get out side with the kids. Not that busy of a week thank the lord. Going to take my oldest and 3 of her friends the Redding for dinner and shopping. She turns 9 on the 4th and this is going to be her birthday party. She is excited. Got her to changed where we were going to eat. She wanted Chuckie Cheese but convinced her that Outback Steak house had more Atkins friendly food for mommy. lol. It'll be fun.

It sounds like you really have a handle on things! You are sure to do well this week. Way to go for avoiding the cheesy mouse restaurant and switching to the meaty kangaroo one! GO RED GO!

Awe,... good for you! My littlest turns 4 on the 4th, too! :) We just did ChuckE Cheese, so I think we'll we doing a little cake and ice cream here at home and call it good! :) Have a wonderful time!! :)
