I am sore today. Well have been sore since last week anyway. I have been meaning to take a "rest day" but it just doesn't fit into my schedule! And if I rest then I am restless!! =:D
Bodypump last night, feeling strong these days in BP, using more weight during the tracks. I have given into the fact that there is no way in hell I will ever be able to keep up with Emily in pushups. (Ugh, I hate pushups!!)
CXWORX during lunch today, then a run after work. (I might run after CXWORX at lunch time instead though.)
It's a good day!
