Today i bought a new swim suit today; its a black tankini and matching bottems, i cant wait for my holidays lol. on the other hand walking around in a swimsuit all week is still a bit daunting baring in mind my holiday is in a month and i'm way off tarh=get with myweight goals.
am on liquids only, i'm feeling ok about it so far. i was realy craving food earlier but i made a jelly & had some water gravy which seems to have got rid of it some what. i'm going to go swimming in a bit i think.
