Some days you feel fat and others you don't. No reason as to when or why. Today I am feeling poorly about my weight, but am doing so good. Yesterday I was moving some files on my computer and found a bunch of pictures. For our 25th anniversary our kids got us a hot air balloon ride (which was wonderful). My brother came and photographed the whole event for us. I cannot believe how big I was. The sweater I was wearing was tight on me. Now it is baggy and my face looks a lot better. I was very happy to see that and then now I still feel fat. Yes, I have a long ways to go, but am eating well,don't feel deprived of anything (other than I have not had a beer since I started this, and I love beer) so what's up with that?? Gonna go lift weights for a while and change my attitude. I will do this!!

I have had only one beer since I have started and no hard stuff. I have a whole 18 pack of Smithwicks in the fridge and 1 more Sam Adams Imperial Stout!!! I might have to knock a couple down this weekend!
