Hi, I'm back at the old drawing board LOL ! I'm like a yoyo loosing 25 pounds and gained 35. I will be officially starting tomorrow. I forgot how fatsecret works but I'm sure it will all come back to me pretty quickly. So GO GO GO....I wanna loose 35 pounds😁.

Thanks, everyone! It’s true, Conures are the clowns of the parrot family. I saw a T-shirt online that has a Conure with the belly circled and says “Belly full of whatever you’re eating” haha! So true. Good reason to eat more fruits and veggies :)

Mine doesn’t clearly. I can tell when he is saying “hungry” or “what?”. Other than that he just chirps along when music is on. Every time he chirped I would say what? So he learned that word. Says hungry to get a sunflower seed.
