Yesterday started out really good, but ended terribly with 4 cupcakes... really disappointed in myself. But, it's a new day! I'm determined and strong and I can do this!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
