I guess the tech issue was fixed because my entry was deleted...
I need to find a way to increase my protein to 25% and keep carbs under 10n. I'll get there; I just have to find the flow again. I had it down to a science for me last time and from Oct 13' to Feb 14' (5 months), I lost close to 50 lbs.
I am having trouble today feeling really sluggish. I think it is just my body adjusting to eating again. When I go off my diet I tend to eat once a day if that and my body goes into save mode - save all the fat. The OMAD diet never worked for me...lol
I don't know if I should give it a week to get back on track or go ahead and fast for upcoming week. I did great with my fasts because my body naturally doesn't want to eat. I never get hungry unless I am on the diet..lol. Eating makes me want to eat more, not eating makes me not want to eat.
I'll see where I am at tomorrow afternoon. If I am still sluggish, probably will start the AJ Cleanse and fast.
