just keep at but change something u to get your body going again - eat more or eat less - I usually will fast for a day and drink lots of water then it will kick back in.

I've been on maintenance for at least 6 months, and to me it is harder than actually loosing the weight.Although I do go out of my comfort zone once in awhile, seems like it takes more effort to get back in the mode..!!!!
