Sooo I was craving carbs so I had some vegetable sushi today, especially because I did a lot on Monday with almost no carbs (it's been ummmm more than a month or so since I last had any kind of grain I think). I also went a liiiittle overboard on the meat: rotisserie chicken then came home from work (work always makes me insanely hungry for no reason, probably because I'm so bored) to chicken drumsticks and burgers that my parents now make without breadcrumbs because they know I will not eat them otherwise. Now there are no chicken drumsticks or burgers. 4 drumsticks, 2 small burgers, now awwwwful considering I had part of a plain salad for lunch, but still enough to feel guilty about. Have to change that thought to something, well, maybe not positive, but at least not negative. I will be doing Crossfit and having a session with my trainer tomorrow, perhaps I will fast for some of tomorrow. We'll see how this works itself out. At least it was protein, and not carbs or sugar.
