Since I am doing pretty well with my weight loss I am going to reduce my rdi a little more. Somedays I eat ice cream just because I still have an opening for calories. Sad I know but I like ice cream so much! So now for week 2 my goal is to lose 3 lbs this week. I lost 2 last week and know I could do 3 if I put in more effort with my exercise..... Good luck to me!
