Been struggling with my weight for quite some time now. But this is my year, and I will have most of this off before the year ends. Ideally, I would love to celebrate Christmas at my goal weight, but I would be quite happy to be 60 lbs lighter by then...that is do-able, as that would be 6 lbs per month. It's not going to be easy, but it wasn't any easier to be 14 lbs heavier than I am right now!! So, this is my job for 2008. I've been on this journey seriously since October. I will be on it for the duration. I am willing to do the work. I WILL reach my goal, and be back to a weight I can be happy to tell!
