What a lovely day, the first spring flowers have opened in the garden tubs, it cheers me up so much to know that spring is almost here. Stuck to sensible eating today and the dreaded cold is on it's way out so am much nicer person to live with. I MUST-MUST-MUST keep focusing on my May holiday and the weight loss I can acheive by then. Best of luck everyone
