In accordance with the new challenge, I've joined; this is my first Thankfulness Journal entry:
I'm thankful that, yesterday, when I went with my brother to a McDonalds restaurant, for him to get a quick bite to eat, in lieu of cooking; upon looking at the menu, I didn't see anything that I could eat, that called out to me "This would be a tasty treat, and you don't even have to cook today". I remember, as a teenager, having a couple of Quarter Pounders with cheese, a Filet of Fish, a large order of fries, and a large shake, for lunch, on a regular basis, and wouldn't gain an ounce. None of that has any appeal to me these days, because none of it fits in with a low carb lifestyle, and I'm thankful it doesn't. :-)
