Fitbit goals
New goal: eat more calories during daytime-

Breakfast and lunch= 250
Dinner = 200
Eve snack = 115

Avg cals burned per day to lose 3lbs/wk = must burn about 1957 cals..
With avg 850 daily calories consumed.

You want to be "under" by 1100 cals /day (on Fitbit dashboard)

Higher lean protein and more exercise to keep muscles from being consumed. Now adding in muscle building exercises on M-W-FR too so I can rebuild strength back.
