Starting reading a self help book. It helps you to recognize bad habits and learn how to correct them. Some of mine are that I'm always avoiding dealing with people and situations that I don't care for. It also talks about the guilt factor. It has really opened my eyes to the fact we are conditioned to behave a certain way. time to make a change. =)
