昨天好吃的火雞肉飯
還有紫米十鼓鮮奶湯
太滿足了!換0.3公斤值得!
今天一樣補碳吃南瓜。魚
少吃油脂😊就不會胖
142.4 lb Lost so far: 33.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
