Recording last night's dinner is difficult - not eating at home proves to have interesting challenges. First, I didn't take my scale or measuring cups, and 2nd, I'm not sure of ingredients. We had a lovely dinner at our friend's place and i was true to my diet in that I skipped the crackers, bread and potatoes - good for me. I'm not sure what the BBQ pork was marinated in, but it sure was tasty! Steamed green beans are safe, and a lovely arugula salad. Not much fat to be had so when we had dessert later I did indulge in some berries and whip cream - even though i knew there was some sugar in the whip cream - I expect it wasn't much because the cook is also on a weight loss journey of her own. Today I'm back to IF and my scales and measuring cups - Happy Sunday!
