Today: -hour workout at my gym (stretching, balance, flexibility, kettlebells swings, cleans, and presses). -hour at crossfit, 20 minutes practicing double unders with the speed jump rope, workout of the day 4 sets: 10 push presses (i got 75lbs for one round! ((also weird to think that i used to walk around with that much weight on me every day!!!))), 20 wall balls (had to cut it to 10 after the 1st round), and 20 double under attempts. And some ab workouts. -hour and a half softball game
