My goal is to hit 189 by Sunday, not sure if I’ll make it. Going to try harder next couple of days. Trying to lose at least 10 lbs a month...so far so good. My son said “have a cheat day” to reset myself, not sure about that though. I’ll try that when I’m stuck at the same weight for more than a week....
