I'm VERY happy to report that I've now lost the full stinkin' 4 pounds that I gained over last weekend! LOL I find much relief, and encouragement, in this! =) I came home to a very nice dinner last night! I was so surprised to see that my husband baked some cod, cooked up some fresh veggies and included a little quinoa on the side. It was all very tasty and light. I almost forgot! I went to Sears last night, while I was child-free, to see if I could find any nice tops for work. Would you believe I came home with 4 of them that I actually LIKE and they are 1 size smaller than what I was wearing 3 months ago? I could hardly believe it! They were all on sale, too! lol I don't know how many of you are like me but I HATE, HATE, HATE clothes shopping! It's usuall so discouraging to try and find something you like, that fits, and looks good on you. That is one thing I am REALLY looking forward to, where weight loss is concerned! I have one of my new pink sweaters on today and it feels GREAT! Hope everyone has a SUPER Friday!
