Another pound so now 9 st 7 lbs and a pound away from the very top of the "OK" range for my height (I am a little shortarse), which means BMI now 25.1. Happy with that for now!!

I think 24.5 is the maximum safe BMI

I'll have to think on that one dalevstanley cos at 9 st I am still quite chunky! (been there, done that!)
NHS BMI Calculator states OK range from 7 st to 9 st 7 lbs (2 extremes) I would love to be nearer the middle of this range, but with an imminent holiday diet will fly out the window for a couple of weeks!! Will be back on it at the end of the month 😊
