I'm proud to say, that even though the pounds aren't perfect, 117 for a weight might be too low for me, I eat fairly well, feel healthier than I have in years and when I got measured yesterday ( which I do the first of every month ) I lost 1/4" off my waist, 1/4" off my abs and 1/4" of my butt. The pounds will come when the weather warms up more but the inches mean more the a couple of pounds. I feel great!!! The kickboxing and pilates once a week with aprox. 15 to 20 miles of power walking a week is working awesome!!!
