Suggestions for an easy SBD breakfast and lunch that DO NOT involve eggs. I have been eating eggs every morning for 6 months straight.

If I even SEE another egg I might get in a tank and storm the nearest farm.

Heres a link to a site that gives lots of suggestions and recipes. http://groups.msn.com/SouthBeachDiet/messages.msnw I also like wrapping some sliced lean deli meat (like turkey slices) around a mozzarella stick for a quick lunch. anything you put into a sandwich, just use the meat to wrap around the "fillings".. cheese, onion, peppers, low fat cheese like, low fat cheddar or low fat swiss. Hope this helps! hand in there, you can do it
