Another frugal food day although I put paid to the RDI with two large Bailey's on ice in the evening. It was worth it!

Had a very lazy day yesterday. Thankfully, I got up at 7.30 a.m. and went straight down to the sea about 100m away. I swam and exercised in the water for about 40 minutes - a great way to cool down and wake up. After that, I was lazing around indoors all day trying to keep cool, with the temperature outside up to 45 degrees centigrade and not a breath of a breeze.

The day was fun, though - we played Scrabble, watched Olympics, read, and chatted with friends on facebook.

Another similar day on the cards for today but then the temperature is forecast to drop into the high thirties and I'll be able to do a little sightseeing. Started my day with a swim again - gorgeous :)
