No weight loss, I had a stomach bug so I thought for sure I'd be down🤔 however my husband and girlfriend both said I look really thin in a good way so I'm happy. I had 1/4 cup of kraft mac today letting in a bit to my cravings, remarkably satisfied by a portion the size of a five year olds fist, and big plus I fit into a size 2/4 (snugly but they buttoned and I could sit!) first time in 2 years so I'll deem it a success
