ok so I went to 24/7 yesterday after work and did the Styku thing and it was pretty neat, also the trainer had a lot of positive things to say about just doing training once or 2 x to start, it isn't cheap though $50 for 1 hour, but if I signed up for the 3 month one 1/wk it turns out to be like $30 something for 1/2 hour! So maybe this is the way to start. I did get my butt out this morning at 6am and stop on my way to work to use the ellipitcal & bike, still not sure about the other machines but tomorrow after work they have the into session which is free so I plan on doing that, then go from there! It is day 2 of my 3 day weekly fat fast and even though I can't seem to get below that crazy 167 and keep going on stay there, I will keep it going. I JUST HAVE TO behave the other 4 days! I really miss carbs, especially bread & butter (I'm Italian what can I tell ya!) Plus with my son and his GF here they cook really good foods, they don't eat meat so it is tough for me. Mostly beans & rice and wraps and all that stuff I really should stay away from, plus the beer & wine of course. But today I feel good & I will be good for ME!
