Barbecue season has been rough on me in years past as far as keeping within a reasonable intake of calories. I put in anticipated calories and when I come home tonight hopefully I will delete an item in which I decided not to partake in and should be within my R.D.I. This plan will hopefully work as I know I need some creative way to handle summertime. TOWANDA!!

That sounds like a great way to do it. Entering in food ahead of time is really useful. Then you're using the tool as a decision making aid, not just for tracking. Good luck!

It worked, skipped some of the things I anticipated that I may indulge in. Great strategy for today's fun day at the barbecue, TOWANDA!
