Another RESTART. New week, new beginnings. I was supposed to start at the beginning of the month but that didn't happen, so here we go.
Monday 6th August 2012 Eat regularly and within calorie range - and record Exercise - Cardio 3x and weights 3x a week. Sleep 7-8 hours a night
When I last weighed in on 2/8/2012 I was 7.1kgs but I haven't been near a scale today. I'll do my body measurements though and put in my weight tomorrow when I do it.
