Wke up on time, planning on cleaning house, making a nice yummy and healthy dinner for my family, and going to to Church this evening. Trying to stay busy and make healthy choices. Not worrying about my diet soda intake yet. I am going to get furhter along on the road to my healthy weight before I concur any more demons. I will soon enough though. I hope that my kids couperate today as well.
